  01/05/05-Epion X : I just came back from my terrible 3 week vacation from Florida. And unfortunatly I have bad news for all that may be concerned about it.:

 1. Luz Divina our Co-Leader has QUIT Ragnarok Online (/sob). Even though this is a heart break, this is better for him as he has gotten a really nice job in the programming field. I wish him luck for the Future and hope that we may be in contact again! For the position of Co-Leader is not yet certain. I will inform everyone of these events later.

 2. Kokoa will also be quitting due to the fact that the main reason that she has been playing is for Luz's sake. I understand this cause I did it with my own girlfriend (fiancée). We shall mourn her loss in the guild.

 3. Lionel has also quit RO due to unknown reasons. I don't know what his reasons are since he has not contacted me on it.

 4.Queen will also not be coming back due to the fact that she will be moving to go to college. I wish her good luck in her studies and hope she becomes the best that she may be.!

 5. Arklore has created a new character in order to restart his own guild "Chaos Legion Elite". The Ravens shall be Allied with this guild. Good luck to Ark in the success of his Guild.! Until further notice Ark will not be expelled from the Guild per his own request.

   With the massive loss of members, Co-Leader, and my dear Friends, I will be initiating a Guild "Reform". The Reform consists of mainly removing inactive members swiftly and the Recruitment of new members in order to revive the Ravens. This is a hard task and must be initiated in order to salvage the Ravens for the future. Any member that does not log in in the next 2-3 days may/shall be expelled without notice. In activity will not be tolerated any further. Any member that wishes to leave the Ravens MUST report to me or Email me as soon as possible! As stated before, I will notify members of the new Co-Leader, and Rankings as they come to pass.

   11/08/04-Epion X : There will be a mandatory Guild Hunt on Thursday Nov 11 At 4pm EST.  This will be a MVP hunt with all members no matter the Level. If you wish to share exp party, then the parties will have to be split up into groups depending on level. However, this will be catastrophic to lower level members. To rectify this I recommend that we go out and have fun in a group.

         I am also gathering information on all the members. Review the members page to find out exactly what is needed. The Real life Picture IS optional.

  11/05/04-Epion X : Welcome to the "New" Raven Guard of Odin! With the Guild Transfer complete, the new rules and regulations are in effect. I am also going to work on the members page and start recruiting ASAP. Guild Hunts and PVP Trainings will be scheduled soon. Count on it on either WoE times, or on Thursdays (Even Both). Watch the Guild notices in order to find out what's going on.

  10/26/04-Epion X : URGENT!~~~ The Date for the Guild transfer to Epion X has been set. It will be Friday November 5. Any Guild member that cannot attend that day please let me or Luz know beforehand. I will be on all day (EST) to recruit everyone back into the Guild. If I am not ever not on, please ask another member to invite you. At this time all members will NOT have the ability to invite due to the pending Guild Transfer.

     Also, as I've said before,  new rules and Regulations will be implemented to further develop the Guild. The new rules and regulations ware now posted HERE. Please review and contact me or Luz for any problems you may have with them.

     There will be new Regulations for Recruiting new Guild members. I will create a list and questions that must be asked in order to recruit the right people for the Guild. Current members that do not fit the Recruiting standards are allowed to stay within the Guild.

     Once the Guild has been re-established, Guild Hunts, PVP Training, and MVP Hunting will be put into effect. These events will be put on the Guild notice to see once you log on. These events are mandatory. Any member that may not be able to attend MUST contact me or Luz one day or earlier before the Event. Multiple misses without contacting us will result in possible expelling.

    Once the Guild has been re-established a tax of 50% will be in effect until we gain the first Guild level. This guild level will be for the Guild Approval skill. Even though we are not entering WoE as of yet this skill is a necessity. If you wish to have the tax lowered then get the First level as soon as possible. After that the Tax will again be 1%.

    Luz will be personally Administering a new event in which the Guild will complete quests. For more info please contact Luz.

    A new ranking system will be implemented as soon as the Guild Is transferred. More info on this will be given later in the Week.

  10/22/04-Epion X : Just to Let everyone know off hand, the Guild will soon be transferred over to Epion X rather than filling a spot for him. Epion3334 will be saved for tanking purposes. When the time comes for the Guild to be transferred, I will need everyone still interested with staying with the Ravens to be on at the same time/day in order to join. Those who cannot make it on that day will have to PM Luz or Me. When the Guild is transferred, everything will be reset, and Devotion points will be renewed. Since our goal is to level ourselves instead of the Guild, this shouldn't be a problem. The day and time on which transfer will start is so far unknown. I will notify everyone 2 weeks beforehand as to when the transfer will begin.

     Once the transfer is complete and everything seems to go ok, new rules will be implemented in the Guild in order to keep up Activity and Responsibility. These rules will be posted in the Rules and Regulations section soon, and before the Guild transfer will happen. Any problems or concerns you may have with these rules will be brought to me or Luz for inquiry. Please do not ask what the rules may be before I release them. At the moment they are not fully formed and will have me and Luz discuss them before the release. Any rules or Ideas you may have please bring to Luz or me for discussion.

    I want to thank you all for the Hard work and cooperation you have put into the Ravens. I hope the Guild succeeds in one day being a leader in the iRO community!

  09/19/04-Epion3334: The Site is finally being updated. The reason for the delay is because of the Crimson Guards downfall. I wish to say hello to the new Members that have joined the Guild. Reading this site time from time is very helpful and can give hints on your status quo in the Guild and when we are going to be holding events. Events include WoE and Guild hunts. However. Guild hunts are not going to be implemented in the Guild as it was in the Crimson Guard. There will be no taxation during the time Guild Hunts are active. The Guild hunts as of now are going to be large parties into either hard areas of the Game or to MVP. Our Individual EXP is very important to me and to you as a person. The faster we build our levels the better we shall do in WoE.

        To get back on topic...lol....please read all areas of this Site and read the pages that I finally decide to Construct ( one day ). Most important- Since I do not have the Rules of Conduct page ready yet, I have already already posted most of them in earlier News.

  09/07/04-Epion3334: Well........Today was a horrible day. I never thought that this would happen..........................but it did.....Dark has quit the Crimson Guards. And I have had no choice but to form the Raven Guard. The Raven Guard is not ready to fly. Maybe cause I loved the Crimson Guard so much. But the Raven Guard MUST fly. We must take place of our beloved Crimson brethren and stand tall against the other Guilds. I will take a moment of silence. Dark Vincent is like a brother to me. And always will be. I am not mad about the Decision made today. I will follow my leader. And I will abide by his decision. So shall we all...................

              I will lead the Raven Guard. I have appointed as my Co-Leader Luz Divina. He is my Second in Command and shall be treated as Such. His decisions are also mine. This new Guild is like a phoenix of the Crimson Guard but stronger. I am stricter than Dark Vincent and I may be too strict. But any and all of my decisions are for the good of the guild.

              For all of you that don't know me very well I am a military man. Not that I am in the Military, but both my parents where. I have been taught both discipline and good Conduct. I have also learned to lead in a sort of way to make things work for my team. I will not change my ways in which I have been before. I am a good guy. I will always be one. However, I will also not tolerate certain things as I did before. WoE is important to a guild. We shall go to every WoE that there is once we have the Guild Approval. Multiple misses from WoE will not be tolerated and may result in being expelled from the Guild. I will talk to those personally in this case. Also, multiple days of inactivity will be seen on the Blacklist. The Blacklist will be the same as before. Non activity after that will be talked too, or if non-active at all will be expelled from the Ravens.

             I hope that all of you will work hard in order for this guild to be the best. I loved the Crimson Guard. And I will love the Ravens just the Same!

   08/26/04-Epion3334: There are multiple things that must be discussed:

1.-I want to congratulate everyone on there virtual success at WoE! We have done better than we ever have and gotten farther than we ever have. I hope this success keeps up until one day we can capture a castle. As a Reminder these WoE experiences are mainly for practice and experience. We are not there in true hopes to capture a castle. (Although we still want one! :) ) Every time we enter we learn and organize better every time. The plan of creating smaller parties are working better than expected. Smaller parties have the strength where Priests have an easier time healing and Buffing. Also its easier for the party to STAY as party. There is less running off and Breakups due to smaller parties. Just remember stay close to your Priest. Saturdays WoE (08/22/04) was a prime example of how larger parties don't work. Muahahahaha!!

2.- I am soon going to implement the new Rules of conduct page hopefully soon. This page will contain all of the Guilds rules of behavior, and how its possible for someone to get expelled. The reason I am doing it now is for two reasons: The first is because it needs to be done. I don't have a Page sitting there for nothing! // Second its because of certain behavior noticed from some of our own Guild mates. Remember, other characters know what Guild your from and many even know Dark Vincent. The possibilities of you getting reported are great. This also reflects badly of the Guild and its image in the Community. Dark Vincent and especially myself does not tolerate behavior unbecoming of a Guild member. And this where the implementation of the "Blacklist" comes into effect. Dark Vincent and myself regularly have private meetings where the each and every Guild member is evaluated and talked about. Depending on the results three things can happen:

          A : The Guild member is praised and a possible ladder jump is in effect. This is when your character is raised on the list. The Guild roster is a good example of how everyone is doing. the Higher you are the better off you'll be. Be proud of this. And try to achieve the highest status possible!!

          B : It is possible that some actions require a talk with the member. This is probably because of either inactivity, non-Guild participation if you are on, non participation in the War of Emperium, or bad behavior overall.

          C : It is possible to be put on the "BLACKLIST" which is where you do not want to be! The Blacklist is a list of "close to be expelled" members that either have not complied with Rules of Conduct, In-Activity over a long period of time, or non-WoE participation with out notification of non arrival. A member on the Blacklist is evaluated after a few days (about 4 days) for noticeable change or Increased activity. If the member is not shown to have changed the member is Expelled by Dark Vincent or Me. And don't worry, we will talk with the member first when he/she is Blacklisted.

Remember everyone, this is a game and lets play as though it is one. Angry and frustrated people with no patience shouldn't play. They are no fun. And ruin the experience for everyone else. So play and be happy.!
